The 1st Aramco-Brits Reunion was held at the Holiday Inn, Derby/Nottingham, Sandiacre, in Derbyshire, England from Friday 24th. August - Sunday 26th. August 2007.
On the Friday evening everyone met up at the Hotel Recepton and boarded mini-buses which took them to the Cooper Arms English Pub and Restaurant for Evening Dinner.
The following morning after breakfast the golfers travelled to Broughton Heath Golf Club, approximately 20 miles away to play in the Aramco-Brits Invitational Golf Tournament while the non-golfers went shopping in Derby City and Nottingham City. Some even explored Nottingham Castle and the Local Markets.
On Saturday evening everyone met for welcoming drinks in the hotel lounge and after a few photographs the buffet was opened for everyone to enjoy a nice meal and have few drinks amongst friends.
It all ended on Sunday morning after breakfast with everyone going back home with the hope of keeping in touch and looking forward to another reunion in the future.
